The buildings complexity became a study of facade and skin treatment leaving the form of the building simple and emblematic of 3 specific building typologies. The courtyard & low rise building, the tower, and the cantilevered bridge which frames the view of the Boston Charles river. On every surface that represents one of these 3 typologies reflects a particularly designed brick or pre-cast module pattern.
