The 115 Apartments were fully furnished with furniture selected from 'M at Mercer' to meet 3 different interior styles – 'Modern, Eclectic and Sleek'. 5 floors were subdivided into 115 '4-bedroom typologies' with over 30 configurations. This led to the customization of 2 standard kitchenette types with 24 different configurations, and 15 bathroom types. FF&E customization was a large effort, it included custom light fixtures, door handles, bath faucets, in additional to built in millwork.
