Tsukiji Market redefinition is centered around the historical 500 year old Hamarikyu Park. Rezoning the district bumped up the FAR allowing for the CBD building cluster in Shiodome, be further stretched toward the waterfront, acting as a frame and backdrop beyond the Park.
