A series of maps that are progressively laid on top of the last, shows the mapping of existing regional city amenities. Each map and its grey zones are areas of influence, where the center point of each grey portion is the location of an existing program, such as, police stations, different grade schools, parks, religious institutions, marking the boundary between one and the next forms the bounding zone. As the maps are laid upon each other, a new depiction of city centers and bounding zones is visible, this new map is compared against, and replaces the existing Cho definition map.
