A proposal for a central portion of the Southwest Park, at the heart of Roxbury is considered for the intervention of a programmed based development, both the general community and the art community is being considered as the occupants. The anchor building should reactivate the linear park, though stationed only on several parcels, the programmed activities on a yearly basis will enhance the residential community consistently and specifically cater to scheduled art related events.
