Urban design of the 2 proposed parcels informing the eventual building configuration. 1) Road access around and through the site is maintained, 2) Linear park continuity is maintained splitting the site into 4, 3) pedestrian access to the 4 sections are extensions from the park path, 4) a separate pedestrian path is hi-lighted along the park path, but will be programmed and tailored for events 5) 2 types of buildings will come from this analysis, 2 stable and permanent buildings, and 2 buildings stitched to the programmed pedestrian path.
