This project aims to provide a privatized housing development along the only natural water inlet off the coast of Dubai- the Creek, on the last available portion of land along the frontage. Seen from the development patterns in Dubai, the city is made up of capitalized piece-meal land developments growing away from the coast towards the desert, with a trend of isolated, privatized developments, or mini cities. The total development built area is 700,000 sqm.
